Founded by Peter Slifirski and John Heidenry with almost two decades of real estate development experience, the award-winning Red Bridge Homes has built 24 condominium buildings in Hoboken, NJ.  They not only redeveloped the site where Frank Sinatra was born but also built the first geothermal residential building in the area along with several of the first LEED Platinum certified buildings. Their pioneering use of green roofs in 2018 garnered them a mention in The New York Times.

Now in Santa Barbara, Peter brings his unique design and quality standards to the West Coast with Red Bridge Capital Corp and is currently developing residential projects in both Montecito and downtown Santa Barbara.
